also ive been using #xmpp for a hot minute, this is actually better than matrix! went ahead and asked my project leader if i could make a proper xmpp space for the team because xmpp is good actually waiting on a response who knows! i may even make an xmpp bot
@luna ive seen a few of my non-techy friends jump to matrix and xmpp with no issue, though it was a matter of finding the right client for them, that is sable for matrix and... i forget what my one xmpp friend chose.
@link im 15 (almost 16!) and am hosting my own website, coding my own webapps, and putting it all on the public web without a care in the world. if i can do that at this young of an age you probably can too
